    Annexin I Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody - 1 Fig: Immunocytochemistry analysis of A431 cells labeling c-Kit with Rabbit anti-Annexin I antibody (AWA10446) at 1/50 dilution(Green).

    Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes at 37 ℃, permeabilized with 0.03% Triton X-100 in PBS for 30 minutes, and then blocked with 5% BSA for 60 minutes at 37 ℃. Cells were then incubated with Mouse anti-c-Kit antibody (AWA10446) at 1/50 dilution in 2% negative goat serum overnight at 4 ℃. Goat Anti- Rabbit IgG H&L (iFluor™488, AWS0005) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/200 dilution for 60 minutes at 37 ℃. Nuclear DNA was labelled in blue with DAPI(AWC0291).
    Annexin I Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody - 2 Fig : Western blot analysis of Annexin I on different lysates. Proteins were transferred to a NC membrane and blocked with 5% NF-Milk in TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (AWA10446, 1/1000) was used in TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (AWS0002) at 1:5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

    Annexin I Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody - 3 Fig : Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Mouse-spleen tissue with Rabbit anti-Annexin Ⅰ (AWA10446) at 1/200 dilution.

    The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with  Sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 3% H2O2 for 15 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (AWA10446) at 1/200 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system(ABIOWELL, AWI0629). DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
