	Fig：Immunoprecipitation of Vinculin from Hela cells was performed using Vinculin Mouse mAb (AWA00533,1:250). Mouse IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. The IP sample was eluted with Glycine buffer. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using Vinculin Rabbit mAb (AWA10165) at a dilution of 1:1000.
