The cell were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 30 minutes at 37 ℃, permeabilized with 0.02% Triton X-100 in PBS for 30 minutes,and then stained with the primary antibody(AWA22015, 1:50) for 30 min at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was an Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody (AWS0005b) at 1/500 dilution for 30 min at 4ºC. Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; red).
