	Fig : Western blot analysis of ELA2 on different lysates. Proteins were transferred to a NC membrane and blocked with 5% NF-Milk in TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (AWA01548, 1/4000) was used in TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. 	Fig：Immunoprecipitation of ELA2 from THP-1 cells was performed using ELA2 Mouse mAb (AWA01548, 1 ug antibody for 2 mg of total protein lysate). Mouse IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. The IP sample was eluted with Glycine buffer. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using ELA2 Rabbit mAb (AWA10075) at a dilution of 1:1000. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) - HRP Secondary Antibody (AWS0002) at 1:5,000 dilution.
